Format Phone Numbers

Accepted Input Formats

This tool accepts virtually any common US phone number representation. Numbers are stripped to their 10-digit core (or 11-digit with country code 1) before reformatting.

Why Format Matters

CRMs, dialers, and email tools all expect phone numbers in a specific format. Inconsistent formatting in a lead list causes import errors, skipped records, and failed calls. Clean your data before loading it.

Excel tip: when Excel strips leading zeros, paste your column here, download as .csv, and re-import with the column set as Text format. Use the Plain Digits format for maximum Excel compatibility.
